Indigenous Participation Manager

Lead Indigenous participation for the LVCTS project across five Canadian sites, designing and implementing programs, coordinating diverse vendor partnerships, and driving engagement with First Nations and Indigenous communities. Manage ITDP and the Indigenous Participation Plan, prepare regular metrics reports, advise leadership, and ensure recruitment, training, and community outreach align with program goals.
