Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics solutions using data analytics and AI/ML to support portfolio management, investment operations, distribution, and risk assessment.
•Collaborate with investment professionals to identify analytical opportunities, translate business requirements into solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
•Analyze large and complex financial datasets to extract actionable insights and drive evidence-based recommendations.
•Build, validate, and optimize predictive models and shepherd AI/ML models through validation and governance committees.
•Partner with IT and Data Engineering to ensure robust data pipelines, data integrity, and scalable analytics infrastructure, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences while mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience applying advanced data science and AI/ML techniques in asset management or investment management environments.
•Strong understanding of portfolio management, asset allocation, and risk assessment, with ability to translate investment concepts into analytical models.
•Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
•Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and Power BI.
