Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Expansion Business strategy across Expansion 1 and Expansion 2 channels, including business cases, channel prioritization sequencing, and roadmap alignment.
  • •Lead early-stage partner engagement across marketplaces, carrier, social platforms, FinTech partners, and sports/gaming properties.
  • •Coordinate legal and partner agreement workstreams (e.g., NDAs, partnership framework, contract terms) and manage partner scorecards for readiness and milestone delivery.
  • •Own the master project plan and drive cross-functional execution to take channels from partnership signed to revenue-generating go-live.
  • •Build channel-level financial modeling (revenue forecasts, P&L, ROI), track performance vs. 2030 milestones, and leverage AI/LLM workflows to scale reporting and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8–10 years of progressive experience in eCommerce, business development, channel management, or related work with demonstrated ownership of multi-million-dollar outcomes.
  • •Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience developing and managing external business partnerships, including contract negotiation and commercial relationship management.
  • •Strong financial acumen to build channel-level P&L models, revenue forecasts, and ROI analyses; proficiency with tools such as Asana/Jira/Monday.com/Notion and Excel/Tableau/SQL.
