Key Responsibilities

  • •Examine repair order sheets to verify warranty write-up correctness and claim eligibility.
  • •Ensure warranty replacement/add-on jobs are authorized and align with manufacturer/company warranty policies.
  • •Prepare warranty costing documentation, raise invoices, process claims, follow up with manufacturers until settlement, and close job cards.
  • •Fulfill extended warranty requirements with prior approvals before authorizing jobs under such warranty.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of warranty administration experience in an automotive servicing industry, or automotive vocational training/certification plus 5–7 years in warranty administration.
  • •3–5 years of experience in the automotive service industry.
  • •Automotive trade certification or vocational training followed by relevant warranty administration experience.
  • •A Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a Graduate in Commerce.
  • •Strong understanding of and ability to strictly follow manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
