Job Summary

Join the collaborative HR team as an intern, supporting recruitment and onboarding for interns, contributing to training programs with a Senior HR Officer, and assisting the HR Business Partner with end-to-end onboarding and career development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in recruitment and onboarding activities for interns.
•Work with a Senior HR Officer on training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

•Contribute to career development initiatives by helping build personalized career paths and supporting long-term growth strategies.
•Provide support on labor law topics to help ensure compliance and up-to-date organizational practices.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 1 or 2) or attending a Business School or equivalent.
•Strong interest in Human Resources.
•Ideally, prior internship experience in HR.
•Fluent in French and proficient in English.
