Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the CFO and partner with the business to provide high-quality accounting and financial advice.
  • •Act as the principal advisor on accounting matters, ensuring strong financial control outcomes.
  • •Provide finance operations leadership and manage relationships with Global Business Services and Global Support Services teams.
  • •Translate complex financial information into clear actions and decisions for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior-level experience in finance and accounting or finance leadership within a complex, project-based or professional services environment.
  • •Proven ability to advise and influence senior operational and executive stakeholders using clear, actionable interpretation of complex financial information.
  • •Experience leading finance teams in a matrix environment, including coaching, prioritization, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
  • •Strong systems, modelling, and reporting capability across ERP, EPM, and BI tools.
  • •Experience with finance transformation, shared services, or ERP implementation is desirable.
