Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the entire outbound automation machine, including Clay workflows, lead infrastructure, and data pipelines
  • •Manage multi-domain email infrastructure, deliverability, verification, and domain warming to sustain sending health
  • •Plan and run high-velocity outbound experiments; optimize copy, subject lines, offers, and personas; build dashboards to map open→reply→meeting→revenue
  • •Write clear outbound emails and short-form sequences; apply AI rewriting and dynamic variables for personalization
  • •Perform data & engineering tasks: write small scripts (Python/JS), integrate tools via APIs, clean and transform data, maintain metrics and reporting

Key Requirements

  • •Must-have Clay experience with advanced formulas, automations, and integrations
  • •Strong experience with Apollo and Instantly
  • •Ability to write clean, concise outbound copy in English
  • •Experience setting up email domains, DNS, verification, and warming
  • •Ability to write scripts with Python/JS; strong data skills (normalization, dedupe, cleansing, schema design)
