Job Summary

Work on post-silicon validation for high-speed SerDes interfaces, ensuring AMD’s I/O technologies meet industry requirements and deliver strong performance across product generations. Key Responsibilities

•Perform post-silicon validation of high-speed SerDes.
•Understand industry requirements and specifications for high-speed IO.
•Develop validation methodologies for new standards and requirements.
•Characterize SerDes designs and tune performance to optimal settings.
•Debug SerDes issues with designers on silicon and coordinate with remote teams; support FAE on customer issues related to high-speed IO.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 90,300 - 129,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience with high-speed IO SerDes post-silicon validation.
•In-depth knowledge of high-speed interface industry standards (e.g., PCIe, DisplayPort, JESD, SDI, OIF-CEI, IEEE 802.3).
•Strong programming/scripting skills using Python, C/C++, and/or TCL for firmware development, test methodology, and automation.
•Extensive experience using lab equipment such as BERT, analyzers, oscilloscopes, and PNA/VNA.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
