Job Summary

Lead the Speeders project transformation initiatives by developing and deploying structured change management strategies that maximize adoption and limit resistance. Partner with global and local functions to support cultural and operational evolution, apply structured transformation methodology, and manage change success measurement through KPIs and monthly reporting. Provide coaching, training, and mobilize key influencers while identifying impacts and mitigation actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Pilot the implementation of global change initiatives linked to the Speeders project in line with the company’s strategic vision.
•Develop and deploy structured change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
•Support cultural and operational evolution with global functions to improve effectiveness, innovation, and competitiveness.
•Apply a structured methodology and support transformation plan deployment, change management actions, and the communication plan.
•Evaluate change impacts, identify anticipated resistance, define success using indicators/KPIs, and provide monthly progress reporting.

Key Requirements

•Master’s level (bac+5) engineering degree or equivalent in engineering/industry or a related discipline.
•Solid experience managing Work Packages and projects in complex, multidisciplinary industrial and engineering environments.
•Demonstrated leadership or people management experience in cross-functional contexts.
•Strong project management and change management expertise with knowledge spanning from manufacturing to product development.
•Ideal: certification in CPIM, PMP, or CSCP, and fluent French and English (oral and written).
