Own the end-to-end “understand” and “anticipate” halves of restaurant reporting, from data models and builder experiences to curated drill-down reports and AI-driven suggestions. Define the scalable data foundation across sales, menu, guests, payouts, labor, and loyalty so insights compound over time. Lead roadmap priorities using signals from support, ride-alongs, churn conversations, and backlog while partnering with Payments, Money & Risk, engineering, and the AI team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the “understand” half of reporting end-to-end, including data models, builder experience, curated reports, drill-down behavior, mobile experience, and migration path.
•Own the “anticipate” half in partnership with the AI team, surfacing what’s coming and recommendations to help operators hit their goals.
•Define the data foundation that scales reporting across sales, menu, guests, payouts, labor, and loyalty.
•Make reporting a key driver of why restaurants choose Owner, reflected in feedback, sales conversations, and renewals.
•Lead product prioritization by turning signals from support tickets, ride-alongs, churn conversations, and the active backlog into next steps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually
