Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate extrusion equipment to manufacture blown thermoplastic packaging film per specifications
  • •Set up, adjust, and monitor controls for vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings, temperature, and synchronize extrusion with pulling rolls
  • •Stage proper resins, colorant, and materials and supply the extruder using lift truck/coupling hoses
  • •Inspect and test for defects and conformance; adjust equipment controls to improve quality and dimensions
  • •Reel, remove, package, and palletize finished rolls and complete production paperwork documenting test and production statistics
