•Architect, design, implement, and deliver highly scalable products while continuously improving development processes, culture, and codebase.
•Lead code reviews, define coding standards, and translate requirements into technical specs to ensure features meet design and quality standards.
•Collaborate with product teams and business partners on product and feature design, coordinating evaluation and scope of new development requests.
•Assess impact of new requirements across upstream and downstream applications and coordinate with distributed engineers to ensure successful delivery.
•Mentor and guide junior engineers, help shape engineering culture, and define best practices across the team.
