Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end evaluation and management of investment opportunities across the organization’s portfolio. Develop and execute investment strategy, oversee due diligence, and build/validate complex financial models with scenario and stress testing. Prepare investment papers for executive and board governance, monitor post-investment performance, and manage financial and commercial risks. Partner with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and investors to support approvals, execution, and value-maximizing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and execution of the organization’s investment strategy and manage a diversified portfolio to optimize returns and capital allocation.
•Oversee financial, commercial, and strategic due diligence for opportunities including acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
•Develop and review financial models, valuations, and investment cases with scenario, sensitivity, and stress testing.
•Prepare investment papers for executive committees, investment committees, and boards with clear, data-backed recommendations.
•Monitor approved investments post-decision, manage performance against targets, and recommend corrective actions, optimization, or exit strategies as needed.

Key Requirements

•12–18 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, or strategic finance roles.
•Experience managing complex investment transactions and portfolios across multiple sectors or asset classes.
•Exposure to investment committees, executive leadership, and board-level decision processes.
•Expertise in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and return assessment across equity, debt, and hybrid structures.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration or related field, or Chartered Accountant (CA).
