Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily administration of Commvault CommCell components (CommServe, MediaAgents, VSA proxies, storage libraries).
  • •Design, implement, and maintain backup/storage policies, schedules, and retention requirements; execute and validate recurring backups.
  • •Perform recovery testing and maintain documentation to meet audit and mission continuity requirements.
  • •Administer and monitor Cisco UCS domains and VMware Cloud Foundation (vSphere/vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, NSX-T), including health checks, patching, and failover/disaster recovery testing.
  • •Harden Commvault and computing/virtualization infrastructure to DISA STIGs, manage RBAC/audit logging, and produce compliance reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 9 years (or commensurate) experience.
  • •Active Secret clearance.
  • •DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+).
  • •3+ years hands-on Commvault enterprise administration, including deduplication, auxiliary copies, and indexing.
  • •3+ years managing Cisco UCS server profiles/templates and VMware vSphere/VCF architectures (vSAN, NSX, SDDC).
