Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain the deburring cell, digital inspection equipment, and bend press machine.
  • •Inspect coupling retainers using inspection machines and print data; record measurement data using basic inspection tools.
  • •Deburr coupling retainers using tools such as grinders and sanders to remove raised edges and remaining material.
  • •Ream holes in coupling retainers and operate various automatic machines; perform tumbling and mechanical polishing.
  • •Bend raw material using an automatic machine and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications; perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Be able to use the computer and record manual measurement data using basic inspection tools (e.g., height gauge, drop indicator).
  • •Read and comprehend specifications, engineering drawings, and manufacturing routings.
  • •Wear required PPE for the entire shift (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes) and be able to perform sustained physical work including standing and lifting up to 35 lbs.
