Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end visibility of LATAM logistics performance and enable data-driven decision making across B2C, retail, and direct shipments
•Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and tracking tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
•Provide structured insights on performance trends, risks, and deviations to improve visibility and reporting frameworks
•Monitor end-to-end order flow across LATAM and support escalation management for delays, lost shipments, and customs issues
•Drive regional projects and continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing processes and reporting across markets and implementing new tools

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or related field
•3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
•Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities
•High level of accountability, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and escalations
•Structured and organized way of working, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
