Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently identify, diagnose, and resolve complex mechanical tooling and fixture challenges with minimal supervision.
  • •Perform engineering analyses on mechanical systems, tooling, and fixtures and provide recommendations.
  • •Develop and implement custom mechanical tooling and fixturing for manufacturing and related operations.
  • •Define test requirements, coordinate execution, and document engineering test plans and reports.
  • •Technically lead mechanical design/tooling projects from concept through implementation and drive cross-functional alignment.

  • •Demonstrated experience with CAD software, sheet metal design, material selection, and manufacturing methods.
