Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot laser equipment problems at customer sites or via telephone.
  • •Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on laser equipment at customer sites.
  • •Travel to customer sites as required to perform service activities.
  • •Provide technical training, guidance and assistance to less experienced field service engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in electrical & electronics preferred; diploma holder with 5 years experience in semiconductor industry will be considered
  • •advanced technical knowledge in optics, electronics (analog and digital), control area networks, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment
  • •minimum of 2 years experience in repairing and maintaining similar equipment and interfacing with customers
  • •experience providing technical leadership and guidance to others
