Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a small project or part of a larger project/work package, or support a Program Manager with aspects of larger project delivery.
  • •Perform advanced project reporting and scheduling, solve problems using prior experience, and apply appropriate PM methods (predictive or adaptive/agile).
  • •Identify, assess, and manage project risks to success; prepare realistic plans including quality, risk, and communications plans.
  • •Consolidate expertise from multiple sources (including third parties) to provide coherent advice aligned to organizational objectives.
  • •Lead delivery with limited guidance from the line manager, potentially deputising as appropriate and supporting development of specialist knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an active NV2 clearance at the time of commencement.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of PM policies, processes, procedures and systems, including governance and assurance (e.g., Integrated Baseline Reviews).
  • •Comprehensive PM experience in a professional capacity, with the ability to define standards others will operate under.
  • •Ability to manage a small project or work package across the full project lifecycle to meet customer/user needs and deliver financial and other benefits.
  • •Experience guiding/instructing others in applying project management processes and practices.
