Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
  • •Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus.
  • •Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills in Excel.
