Job Summary

Serve as the primary HRBP for Customer Success & Onboarding across North America and Canada. Partner with senior leaders to align People strategy, lead organizational design and workforce planning, and support leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives. Manage confidential employee relations and support performance and conflict resolution. Coordinate regional employment and contractor compliance using Workday and collaborate with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Business Systems to improve HR processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
•3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
•Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus.
•Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills in Excel.
