Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times
  • •Record guest issues in the guest response tracking system and follow up as needed
  • •Cooperate with 3rd party companies and other departments to improve service and operations
  • •Balance revenue/income accounts and audit accuracy of Opera Front Office, Micros POS, call accounting systems
  • •Print daily Manager’s Report and distribute to authorized recipients via local e-mail
