Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full project lifecycle for enterprise-tier customer implementations, including complex data integrations, custom configurations, and multi-system architectures.
  • •Serve as the primary accountability point for enterprise customer stakeholders, aligning scope, technical approach, and delivery milestones.
  • •Own project plans across scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget, and manage structured change control for scope, budget, and timeline shifts.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks across long-duration, multi-phase implementations; coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery readiness.
  • •Deliver executive-level status reporting, risk registers, and escalation summaries; mentor junior and mid-level project managers and drive continuous improvement of delivery methodology and technical playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •PMP certification required.
  • •10+ years of project management experience, including significant enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments.
  • •Strong technical acumen with hands-on familiarity with data integration/ETL concepts, APIs, system architecture, and enterprise IT environments.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations on time and on budget.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
