Lead and implement IT security initiatives for Edenred Digital Center Romania, collaborating with Global Technology and CyberSOC to improve resilience. You will manage security incidents, support vendor governance, enforce security controls, drive awareness and training, and help design and govern cybersecurity roadmaps and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage eQuarter cybersecurity incidents in close collaboration with business/tech stakeholders and Global CyberSOC.
•Support internal teams on vendor management and contracts.
•Follow and support applicative teams with Centers Of Expertise to maintain standard security controls (IT resilience, vulnerability management, IAM).
•Promote cybersecurity across teams (phishing campaigns, developer trainings) to raise awareness.
•Improve security score and ensure Security by Design in key applications/projects.

Key Requirements

•Significant cybersecurity experience (5+ years).
•Good knowledge of IT Security operations, IAM, IT resilience, cloud security, or secure development practices.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•Pragmatic and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude; able to persuade/influence others.
•Ability to manage several requests and parallel work streams.
