Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit customer homes to collect measurements, photographs, and structural/electrical data required for solar design.
  • •Assess roof conditions, electrical service panels, and property features using standardized tools and protocols.
  • •Conduct pre- and post-install inspections, including attic inspections and checks for readiness for AHJ inspection or utility approval.
  • •Submit complete and accurate survey data using mobile field tools, and provide documentation verifying inspection readiness.
  • •Coordinate with install teams, project managers, AHJ, and customers to resolve inspection-related issues and schedule inspections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.99 - 31.99 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Previous PV design, PV installation, or PV electrical experience is helpful, with at least one year of field construction experience preferred.
  • •Comfortable working on roofs, using ladders, and in tight or elevated spaces.
  • •Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, and mobile technology; strong attention to detail and standardized procedures.
  • •21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving background check; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
