Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise actuarial projects to ensure accuracy, punctuality, and adherence to internal standards.
  • •Manage workload allocation, capacity planning, and task prioritization within the team.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions.
  • •Drive improvements via automation and standardization while ensuring regulatory and actuarial practice compliance, and monitor key metrics for corrective action.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • •University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field.
  • •Strong technical and analytical skills with experience managing complex financial, actuarial, or quantitative information.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
