Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Architecture, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Risk Manager, Project Cost Analyst, or related occupation.
  • •Alternative: Master’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of experience as a Risk Manager, Project Cost Analyst, or related occupation.
  • •Experience working through program and project life cycles in the engineering and construction industry.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • •Experience with Monte Carlo simulation and quantitative risk analysis, including risk analysis software/tools such as Crystal Ball and @RISK.
