Job Summary

Serve as the highest-level technical authority for Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) and Agentforce pre-sales across EMEA Go-to-Market. Lead architecture workshops, executive briefings, proofs of concept, and solution design for complex, high-value deals. Partner with TA leaders and specialist AEs to define technical strategy, improve attach rates, and accelerate pipeline. Create field-facing technical content and mentor the EMEA Data & AI Architect team while providing product and GTM direction based on enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the definitive technical authority for Data Cloud and Agentforce across EMEA, engaging directly with CDOs, CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects.
•Lead and influence architecture workshops, executive briefings, proofs of concept, and solution design sessions for complex, high-value opportunities.
•Partner with EMEA TA leaders and specialist AEs to define and execute technical strategy for Data Cloud and Agentforce coverage, improving attach rate and accelerating pipeline.
•Shape and evangelize Salesforce’s Data & AI platform narrative in the field, including positioning Data Cloud as both a CDP and a Data & AI Activation Platform.
•Develop technical field content (session talks, roundtables, white papers) and mentor the EMEA Data & AI Architect team while feeding insights into product direction and competitive differentiation.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data platforms, or AI/ML, with significant customer-facing or pre-sales exposure.
•Deep expertise in modern data architecture patterns including data mesh, lakehouse, unified data platforms, real-time activation, and agentic AI.
•Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite executives (CDO, CIO, CTO) on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
•Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (or equivalent CDP/data platform) and the broader ecosystem, including MuleSoft and Informatica.
•Outstanding communication and presentation skills to translate technical depth into business narratives.
