Job Summary

Own end-to-end visibility of the Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE) supply chain, connecting upstream production, tolling/conversion, downstream sales, and inventory into one monthly view. Reconcile and validate material movements across global nodes, partner with operations and commercial teams, and collaborate with Finance for monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting. Support S&OP activities and improve reporting automation, data integrity, models, and visualization (e.g., Power BI).

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain a structured, node-level view of the LCE supply chain, tracking inventory positions and material flows across production sites, tolling/conversion facilities, and distribution points.
•Track, reconcile, and validate monthly material movements, ensuring alignment across production, downstream processing, sales, and inventory balances.
•Partner with upstream operations, downstream processing sites, and commercial teams to understand performance drivers, constraints, and variances; participate in operational forums.
•Prepare management reporting and analyze variances between plan and actuals across operational, supply chain, and commercial outcomes; identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
•Support demand and supply planning, S&OP processes, and working capital visibility; improve data integrity, reporting automation, data models, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in supply chain, integrated planning, operations, analytics, or finance in mining, chemicals, or similarly complex industries.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including production, inventory management, and distribution.
•Experience working across global, cross-functional teams in complex operational environments.
•Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen; proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
