Restaurant Supervisor (QA)

Oversee daily restaurant service operations to ensure smooth delivery and high guest satisfaction. Supervise front-of-house teams (servers, hosts, bartenders), manage dining flow, seating, and reservations, and handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests. Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management while maintaining cleanliness and health & safety standards. Assist with inventory control, coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery, and uphold policies including cash handling and alcohol service.
