Job Summary

Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that turn complex financial data into actionable insights for executive and finance stakeholders. Generate bi-weekly profitability snapshots and produce precise monthly and quarterly audit and compensation reporting. Own daily P&L data ingestion with integrity checks, manage the central P&L database for availability and performance, and partner cross-functionally to evolve analytics and incorporate competitive data.

•Oversee daily P&L database uploads, performing data integrity checks and troubleshooting job failures to maintain a single source of truth.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and evolve analytics, including integrating competitive data to improve strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, plus 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial reporting.
•Advanced proficiency in Tableau (Desktop and Server/Cloud) to build interactive, executive-facing dashboards.
•Demonstrated understanding of generative AI for business contexts with a human-in-the-loop approach for high-stakes workflows.
•Strong financial acumen interpreting Profit & Loss (P&L), profitability metrics, and compensation-tied reporting.
•Experience working with finance and audit teams with a rigorous approach to data governance, accuracy, and single-source-of-truth reporting.
