  • •Support and grow net zero carbon strategy by delivering highly sustainable, low-carbon buildings.
  • •Work with clients, developers, contractors, and architects to build relationships and secure engineering leadership.
  • •Supervise completion of detailed designs and supervise the work of others, maximizing joint learning.
  • •Act as the client’s key point of contact and assist in developing client relationships to generate new commissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in mechanical, sustainable buildings design from concept through technical design stages.
  • •Detailed understanding of operational energy calculations (TM54 / NABERS) and their use in design decisions.
  • •Working understanding of IES to allocate/direct work on projects.
  • •Ability to work with Revit MEP (or other 3D design software) to allocate/direct work on projects.
  • •Chartership through CIBSE/IET/IMechE Engineering Council preferred or an accredited honours degree (or specific experience that leads to chartership).
