Store Manager

Lead day-to-day operations for a new Park Meadows store opening, driving customer service, sales, profitability, and marketing execution. Manage and coach associates and keyholders, deliver operating budgets, control expenses, and oversee both front- and back-house store operations. Maintain inventory levels, shrink control, and accurate recordkeeping for hiring, payroll, performance, coaching, and terminations. Partner regularly with the Area/District Manager and forecast staffing needs and recruiting strategy.
