Key Responsibilities

  • •Process equipment and materiel turn-ins per AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1, including verifying turn-in documentation.
  • •Perform visual inspections, apply correct condition codes (A–H), and identify/segregate/tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate entries into Army logistics systems and maintain accountability of equipment and material throughout the process.
  • •Support inventory reconciliation, discrepancy research, property adjustments, audits, Property Accountability Reviews (PARs), and inspections.
  • •Safely store and stage equipment in warehouse/yard areas, operate forklifts/pallet jacks/MHE as required, and follow Army/OSHA safety and HAZMAT handling standards.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience in an Army or contractor environment.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply/property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and related turn-in operations.
  • •Ability to enter and maintain accurate records in Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong organizational, attention-to-detail recordkeeping skills.
  • •Must have a REAL ID, valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance, and be able to obtain/maintain a CAC and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) eligibility.
