  • •Develop and apply technical standards and specifications for electrical systems (e.g., area classification, grounding design).
  • •Perform reliability initiatives using root cause analysis, PM optimization, and advanced electrical studies (arc flash, load flow, coordination).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering (or engineering technology) from an accredited school, with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license option.
  • •Minimum 15 years progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry.
  • •Strong theoretical understanding of power system analysis for low- and medium-voltage applications.
  • •Experience with power system analysis including short-circuit, coordination, and arc-flash hazard analysis.
  • •Proficiency with power engineering tools such as SKM Power Systems, ETAP, GE Multilin, and SEL Relay Software; knowledge of API/IEEE/NESC/NEC/NFPA codes and standards.
