Key Responsibilities

  • •Review production specifications for scheduled product SKUs and clarify details before shift.
  • •Operate the machine according to cycle time to maintain scheduled production.
  • •Trim, file, or cut excess flash per product specifications and inspect each piece to quality standards.
  • •Advise a supervisor of product quality issues, packing damage, or inconsistencies to reduce production loss.
  • •Label, package, and stack finished product for shipping while following safety procedures and keeping the workstation clean and organized.
