Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic financial analysis on incentives and overall cost of volume tied to the commercial deals pipeline, including deal economics, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • •Advise Sales and regional executives with multi-scenario trade-offs and commercial strategies to drive optimal revenue outcomes.
  • •Partner across Deal Finance, Controllership, Global FP&A, Client Incentive Operations, Legal, and Sales to assess deal renewals and new deals’ financial and operational impacts.
  • •Own governance and reporting for deal pipeline tracking and consolidation of total cost of volume to ensure accurate, consistent, timely leadership insights.
  • •Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analytics for cost-of-volume metrics, and lead long-term analytics transformation using Generative AI and automated workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.

  • •Advanced track record in financial modeling, scenario planning, and quantitative business analysis.
