Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
•Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and strengthen internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service in an administration/contracting/civil affairs role.
•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, and follow-up.
•Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
