Job Summary

Lead leasing strategy for the Dubai Holding retail portfolio to achieve 100% occupancy, maximize leasing revenue, and retain key tenants. Own leasing plans, budgets, pipeline management, and lease renewals, while negotiating lease agreements that align with tenancy mix, ROI, and company policies. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, drive customer experience improvements, and use market research and Yardi systems to support pricing modeling, reporting, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide input to leasing strategy, business plans, leasing plans/policies/procedures, and ensure ROI and business objectives are met.
•Manage leasing services across the DHAM retail portfolio to maximize occupancy and achieve revenue and occupancy targets; close pipelines and deals.
•Acquire, negotiate, and conclude lease agreements with new and existing brands, ensuring compliance with documentary/design submission criteria and country rules/regulations.
•Conduct market research and evaluate prospective tenants to recommend options to the Retail Tenant Selection Committee and Asset Management committee.
•Drive customer experience management by reviewing satisfaction survey results and implementing corrective actions; coordinate lease renewals and execution documents with internal teams (including AXS).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters’ preferred.
•8–10 years of experience in retail leasing/sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
•Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
•Thorough knowledge of RERA regulations/rules and strong financial management and business acumen.
•Strong negotiation, revenue/cost analysis, and advanced analytical skills; ability to manage brokers/agents.
