Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide input to leasing strategy, business plans, leasing plans/policies/procedures, and ensure ROI and business objectives are met.
  • •Manage leasing services across the DHAM retail portfolio to maximize occupancy and achieve revenue and occupancy targets; close pipelines and deals.
  • •Acquire, negotiate, and conclude lease agreements with new and existing brands, ensuring compliance with documentary/design submission criteria and country rules/regulations.
  • •Conduct market research and evaluate prospective tenants to recommend options to the Retail Tenant Selection Committee and Asset Management committee.
  • •Drive customer experience management by reviewing satisfaction survey results and implementing corrective actions; coordinate lease renewals and execution documents with internal teams (including AXS).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters’ preferred.
  • •8–10 years of experience in retail leasing/sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • •Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
  • •Thorough knowledge of RERA regulations/rules and strong financial management and business acumen.
  • •Strong negotiation, revenue/cost analysis, and advanced analytical skills; ability to manage brokers/agents.
