  • •Provide senior executive expertise and technical guidance for major private cloud, infrastructure, managed services, and transformation programs.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to align private cloud operations, delivery workstreams, governance practices, and client-facing service improvement initiatives.
  • •Partner with finance, account, and delivery teams to manage budgets, resource allocations, operational performance, risk mitigation, and customer commitments.
  • •Support employee engagement, resource planning, operational governance, documentation, release management, security/accessibility compliance, and executive-level issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of IT service delivery, infrastructure, application, or private cloud delivery experience across the full lifecycle (planning/design through implementation, operations, and continuous improvement).
  • •5+ years leading, managing, and developing technical, delivery, or operations teams in client-facing environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Proven delivery record for private cloud, managed infrastructure, service-oriented architecture, or enterprise platform solutions for large-scale clients.
  • •Experience managing in-house and vendor/partner-delivered services across private/public/hybrid infrastructure within large IT services portfolios.
