  • •Coordinate annual and strategic business planning activities to align with short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
  • •Partner with operational leaders to identify performance opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • •Lead governance and assurance activities supporting business plans, improvement programs, and risk management requirements.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives (including SPS), monitor business performance, identify trends, and implement actions for sustainable operational excellence.

  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience translating insights into practical business actions.
  • •A degree qualification in business, engineering or a related technical discipline, and a current Western Australian C Class Driver's Licence (Manual).
