  • •Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend categories for Pennsy and Dolomite.
  • •Manage competitive bidding processes, RFx activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
  • •Serve as the primary procurement business partner to Pennsy and Dolomite leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive corrective actions and innovation.
