Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in a branch-based hybrid platform role, splitting time between client servicing and transaction support while engaging clients to uncover needs and provide financial wellness guidance. Process financial transactions, resolve more complex servicing issues, and deliver customized product recommendations through in-person conversations and proactive calls. Coordinate with branch teammates to prioritize high-impact activities, meet individual performance goals, and support branch success.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact of your work.
•Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients appropriately for personalized financial wellness recommendations.
•Develop and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to recommend suitable financial products and support clients’ financial health.
•Meet individual activity/behavior/outcome goals, participate in huddles and debriefs, and work on Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience (required).
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Experience in cash handling (required).
•General understanding of a PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
