Key Responsibilities

•Collect and analyze global real estate market data (demographics, industry developments, and regulatory impacts) to optimize location footprints.
•Analyze market intelligence to identify trends and make recommendations to leadership.
•Standardize location and real estate topics within the department to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
•Orchestrate company real estate market strategies to synthesize information and drive insights and action plans for global/regional strategies.
•Prepare and present market research reports to stakeholders and develop risk mitigation strategies to support implementation.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,803 - 178,803 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 2 years of related experience.
•2 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmark analysis plus market and industry research.
•2 years of experience performing data analysis and mathematical modeling, interpreting data into charts, graphs, and statistics.
•Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate project goals, objectives, and outcomes.
•Experience creating detailed project plans covering tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
