Job Summary

Handle customer product safely and efficiently at the terminal by loading/unloading hazardous and non-hazardous liquid chemicals. Set up and align tanks, pumps, and pipelines for transfers across ships, barges, railcars, pipelines, and tank trucks. Gauge and sample tanks to meet specifications, troubleshoot related equipment, follow regulatory and customer procedures, and complete operational documentation in a clean, safe environment.

Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Align and set up tanks, pumps, and pipelines for transferring products to and from ships, barges, railcars, pipelines, and tank trucks.
•Follow established standards, special customer requirements, and inventory control procedures.
•Load and unload liquid products into/out of tank cars, tank trucks, shore tanks, ISO containers, totes, ships, and barges; gauge and sample tanks to meet specifications.
•Troubleshoot related equipment.
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete operational documentation accurately while following regulatory, company, industry, and customer procedures and policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to work rotating shifts outdoors and in an environment requiring climbing stairs, working at elevated heights, and heavy lifting.
•Previous related industrial experience and mechanical skills (preferred).
•Must successfully complete required drug screen and background check upon offer and validated testing thereafter.
•Must possess and maintain a valid driver license and be able to obtain and maintain TWIC certification.
