Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the HR Training Coordinator to develop and implement new-hire technical training programs, including structured onboarding and hands-on workshops.
  • •Develop and deliver technical training for manufacturing and warehouse operations, using classroom instruction, on-the-job training, video learning, certifications, and cross-training.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and assembly documentation.
  • •Demonstrated experience in electrical assembly, including wire routing, cable harness installation, component installation, crimping, and electrical testing.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
