Key Responsibilities

  • •Production-harden MVPs across four products against a scoped roadmap.
  • •Build reliable document pipelines for W-2, 1099 series, K-1 packages, 1098s, and 1095-As feeding human-in-the-loop review.
  • •Reduce AI non-determinism using evals, regression tests, confidence/provenance, and guardrails.
  • •Build backend systems that can handle messy PDFs and integrate with UltraTax, Lacerte, Drake, and CCH Axcess with scalable throughput.
  • •Improve UX for reviewers so approval side-by-side with source documents is fast and trustworthy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 230,000 annually
