Develop accurate cost estimates and comprehensive cost plans for commercial, institutional, and residential projects across Canada, with a focus on electrical cost estimating for complex builds. Prepare detailed estimate reports at all design stages, manage end-to-end estimating and cost planning, and perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and valuation. Contribute to value engineering, LEED assessments, and life cycle costing while collaborating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support final accounts.
