Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate detailed engineering and construction activities in Greenfield and Brownfield environments in line with HSE, Quality, technical requirements, and execution performance.
  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure the project schedule is followed and report progress.
  • •Coordinate construction and subcontractor work activities, ensuring safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • •Resolve inter-craft interface issues, liaise with regulatory bodies for work inspections, and manage commissioning test work.
  • •Manage employee performance and oversee QA/QC procedures, documentation, and compliance with McDermott policies and mandatory training.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent related education/experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years construction experience; 3 years in a CM role; experience on at least one major project.
  • •High level knowledge of development and implementation of construction detailed work planning processes and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of lump sum business model and experience with modular fabrication.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication and ability/willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
