Job Summary

Lead a team of Entertainment Bankers to execute the division’s strategy and drive annual growth and customer retention targets. Use deep experience financing Film/TV, Music, and/or Sports to expand market share, grow loan and deposit portfolios, and strengthen relationships. Manage credit structuring discussions, portfolio performance, and negotiation of term sheets, while partnering across Risk/Compliance and internal teams. Hire, coach, and develop the team to maintain portfolio health and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Head of the Entertainment and Media Group in executing the bank’s strategic plan with focus on growing the loan and deposit portfolio for the assigned region/business line.
•Execute tactical strategy for transaction pitches and term sheet negotiation; guide the credit structuring and customer assessment process for credit committee presentations.
•Proactively address deteriorating loan performance and mitigate risk from market developments, service delivery complications, and product adoption issues.
•Foster cross-functional working relationships with partner departments (including Credit Administration and Risk Management/Compliance) to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service.
•Lead and develop the team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and training/development.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 160,000 - 205,849 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of related experience in banking/entertainment financing.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

•Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
•Advanced expertise in commercial credit and loan structuring, pricing dynamics, and market-specific awareness.
