Job Summary

Own end-to-end interactive advertising concepts for rich media across mobile, tablet, in-app, web, and CTV within an AI-native creative team. You’ll design bespoke experiences, partner with build and production to translate creative into real specs, and craft client-facing presentations with sharp storytelling. Raise the creative bar through original thinking and integrate generative AI tools (image and video) to accelerate ideation and expand creative directions.

Key Responsibilities

•Concept and design bespoke interactive advertising across rich media and CTV from initial idea through polished final creative.
•Own the full pipeline from design to development, partnering closely with build and production to ensure concepts meet real specs and delivery timelines.
•Design and tell the story in client-facing presentations by crafting visually sharp, organized, persuasive decks.
•Raise the creative bar on every project through original thinking and a strong point of view.
•Push AI into the workflow using generative and AI-assisted tools to explore more directions and accelerate ideation.

Key Requirements

•Exceptional portfolio of interactive and brand advertising work, with strong typography, layout, motion sensibility, and attention to detail.
•Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Firefly.
•Comfort with presentation craft and storytelling, including building client-ready decks with strong PowerPoint skills.
•Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for both image and video (AI video platforms like Runway, Luma, Veo, Kling, or similar, plus tools like Midjourney/ChatGPT for images).
•Technical range across the interactive stack, including rich media and HTML5, with an understanding of how design decisions carry into development and delivery.
